Welcome to beautiful Ouray Colorado.
Our non-smoking suites/condos are located 2 blocks from the Million Dollar Highway (Hwy 550) or Main Street, in beautiful Ouray, Colorado It is right along the Uncompaghre River, next door to the Ouray Victorian Inn. The property is on the site that was formerly the Rice Lumber Yard (circa 1892). Rice Lumber was known as a major provider of lumber and supplies to local mines and businesses from 1892 to the 1990's.
If you've never been here, Ouray is a small city, about 4 blocks wide and 9 blocks long. But the best part is that we are completely surrounded by tall majestic mountains.
Our building has 5 fully equipped units; 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the second floor. There is a grassy area for relaxing plus an area with charcoal grills for all to use.
We are definitely convenient as we are in town and close to shopping and restaurants. The Box Canyon and Ouray Ice Park (winter) walk-in access is less than a block from our door. No need to drive anywhere. Just park your car and walk.
